GOLDEN TICKETS OPERATION - CHRISTMAS 2023

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND GAME PERIOD

Advanced Magnetic Interaction (AMI), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 116,992.00 euros, registered office at 2b Avenue Pierre de Coubertin in Seyssinet-Pariset, 38170, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Grenoble under number 800 394 926 (hereinafter "AMI"), organizes a game by random draw with a purchase obligation, entitled "GOLDEN TICKETS OPERATION" (hereinafter the "Game").

The Game will take place from December 1st to December 31st, 2023 (inclusive).

Participation in this Game implies the acceptance of this regulation in its entirety and of AMI's decision on any dispute that may arise concerning the interpretation and application of this regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

2.1. The Game is open to the following individuals: any adult person residing in Europe, who has purchased at least one Repaper Christmas Pack on the online site www.iskn.co during the Golden Tickets Operation period - from December 1st to December 31st, 2023 (hereinafter the "Participant").

2.2. AMI reserves the right to ask any Participant to provide evidence of these conditions, especially by presenting the purchase receipt.

2.3. Any incomplete participation, not in compliance with the conditions outlined in this regulation, falsified, submitted after the deadline, or containing inaccurate or false information will not be considered and will be deemed void.

2.4. Any Participant who does not meet the conditions specified in this regulation or refuses to justify them will be disqualified from the Game and will not be able to receive the prize in case of winning.

AMI also reserves the right to exclude any Participant from the Game at any time and without notice, who adopts an unfair attitude towards this Game and its operation or who, through fraudulent behavior in any form, would harm the smooth running of the Game.

ARTICLE 3: GAME MECHANISM

Participation in the Game is as follows:

- 5 Golden Tickets, 5 Silver Tickets, and 5 Bronze Tickets have been placed in the Repaper Christmas Packs sold on the website www.iskn.co during the period from December 1st to December 31st, 2023 (inclusive). Each Participant may have the chance to discover one of these Tickets. The Tickets may be randomly hidden in any Repaper Christmas Pack.

- The 5 Participants in possession of a Golden Ticket (the "Winners") will receive a Creative Set (valued at 80€ including VAT).

- The 5 Participants in possession of a Silver Ticket (the "Winners") will receive a Repaper Ring Pack (valued at 39€ including VAT).

- The 5 Participants in possession of a Bronze Ticket (the "Winners") will receive one of the 5 Faber-Castell boxes (valued between 15€ and 24€ including VAT).

ARTICLE 4: PRIZES AND AWARDING OF PRIZES

4.1. The prizes at stake are as follows:

- Creative Set (valued at 80€ including VAT)

- Repaper Ring Pack (valued at 39€ including VAT)

- One of the 5 Faber-Castell boxes (valued between 15€ and 24€ including VAT)

4.2. The Winners must follow the following instructions: provide the unique winning code located on the front of their Ticket to customer service, either via chat or by email at help@iskn.co. Winners have until January 31st, 2024 to contact customer service.

4.3. The prizes are personal and will be dispatched to the Winners starting from January 31st, 2024 if the winners have indeed claimed their prize from customer service. The deadline for claiming the prize is therefore set at this same date.

4.4. Any prize returned to AMI by mail or by the transport provider for any reason will be considered forfeited by the Winner.

4.5. The prize cannot be awarded in any other form than that provided for in this regulation. No cash equivalent, goods, or services will be awarded in exchange for the prizes won.

4.6. AMI reserves the possibility, if circumstances require it, to substitute the prizes at any time with a prize of at least equivalent value, without any claim being made in this regard. AMI's liability cannot be engaged for this reason.

ARTICLE 5 – LIABILITY

5.1. AMI also disclaims any liability for delivery errors, damage occurring during transport, loss of prizes, or the inability to contact the Winner in case of incorrect or incomplete address. In this case, the responsibility of the carrier must be sought directly by the Winner, who will handle it without recourse against AMI.

5.2. Except in cases where the applicable legal warranties may apply, AMI cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prizes. It will not be responsible for a Winner's inability to use their prize.

5.3. In case of exceptional circumstances, AMI reserves the right to interrupt, extend, shorten, or modify the organization conditions of the Game. Its liability cannot be sought for this reason.

5.4. AMI cannot be held responsible for breakdowns, errors, computer viruses that could hinder the continuity of access to the Game's website or for malfunctions in users' computer installations that may be observed following access to the Game's website. AMI cannot be held responsible in case of computer hacking or any other attack on its computer system, and the consequences that may result for the user. In case of technical malfunction of the Game, AMI reserves the right to cancel the session during which this malfunction occurred.

ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

6.1. In order to oversee the shipment, delivery, and tracking of prizes to the Winners, they will need to provide certain personal data to the company AMI. The personal data to be provided will include: first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number. They will only be used for the aforementioned purpose.

6.2. This personal data is intended for AMI and its transport provider for the shipment, delivery, and tracking of prizes. They will be recorded and stored in a computer file for a period necessary for the shipment, delivery, and tracking of prizes, in accordance with this regulation.

This personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes, except with the explicit, written, and prior consent of the Winner.

6.3. You have the right (i) to access your personal data, (ii) to request that it be corrected, completed, updated, locked, or deleted, and (iii) to determine the fate of your personal data after your death, and (iv) to request us to send you a copy of your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format. We will process these requests in accordance with applicable law and may also verify your identity for the purpose of processing these requests.

6.4. We do not intend to use your phone number for telemarketing. However, please be aware that you now have the right to object to any telemarketing activities.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements (graphics, etc.) composing the Game is strictly prohibited.

7.2. The trademarks, logos, designs, product names, whether or not they appear in bold or accompanied by a brand symbol, may be owned by AMI, its subsidiaries, its holdings, or its partners.

Any use of these elements, in any way, is subject to compliance with rules protecting intellectual property.

ARTICLE 8 – REFUND

The costs associated with participating in the Game are entirely the responsibility of the Participant, who cannot claim reimbursement from AMI under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 9 – COMPLAINTS

9.1. Any complaint regarding the Game must be made no later than one (1) month after the participation deadline of the Game, by ordinary letter addressed to AMI at the address indicated in Article 1 of this regulation. This letter must specify the precise date of participation in the Game, complete contact details, and the exact reason for the complaint. No other method of complaint will be considered.

9.2. AMI is the sole authority to settle any questions regarding the application or interpretation of this regulation.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

10.1. Participation in the Game implies the unconditional acceptance of the entire present regulation.

10.2. No tolerance in the application of the provisions of the regulation can be interpreted as a waiver by AMI to invoke them later.

10.3. If one or more provisions of this regulation were declared null or unenforceable, the other clauses would retain their full force and effect or could be replaced by a new valid provision.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

11.1. This regulation is governed by French law.

11.2. Any dispute arising from this Game will be subject to an attempt at an amicable settlement. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of AMI, unless there are contrary public order provisions.
