UPS 2nd Day Air - Depending on the state the shipping cost for UPS 2nd Day Air is between $ 19.99 and $ 25.99 : 48h to 72h from the date of shipment.

For the 2023 holiday season, all orders placed between November 1st and December 31 2023 can be returned until January 31 2024.

To ensure that the return goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure that you return all items (packaging included) in their entirety.

Return fees are set at €/$ 9.90 (UK: £17.90) for most of the countries.

Exceptions to this are returns from Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland. Return shipments from these countries are at the customer's own expense.

Our standard 30-day return policy will again apply to all orders placed on or after January 1, 2024.

All iskn products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. To exchange your iskn product, please contact the customer service of the store where you made your purchase.

Repaper tablets come with 5-year warranty for all tablets purchased on iskn.co from 01/11/2023 to 31/12/2023.
